True Heart Care LLC was established by a group of dedicated Indiana residents  with extensive backgrounds in social work, counseling, and business management. We are committed to providing high-quality residential and community-based support for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities. Every program we offer is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of those we serve, helping them lead fulfilling and empowered lives. With a person-centered and inclusive approach at the core of our services, we prioritize the health, safety, and overall well-being of each individual. Our goal is to support them in reaching their highest potential.
